Ana ran a dealership service drive for nine years and got tired of reading scripts about timing belts. Every estimate that leaves this shop crosses her desk first. Her rule: if we can't explain it in one plain sentence with a photo, we don't sell it.
Dev Whitlock
Co-founder · German platforms
Dev leads VW, Audi, BMW and Mercedes work. He met Ana on that same service drive, writing repair orders he didn't believe in. Now he only writes ones he does. Factory scan tools for every marque we touch.
Marisol Vega
Hybrid & EV lead
Marisol built our hybrid side from one Prius battery job in 2017 to a third of the shop's work. High-voltage certified, insulated tools and all. She'll tell you when a battery has years left in it — that conversation is free.
Terrance Cole
Volvo specialist
Terrance has worked on Volvos since 1994 — longer than some of the cars he services have existed. Red block, white block, SPA platform: he's had all of them on a lift. Ask him about PCV systems. Actually, don't. You'll be there a while.
